Ingredients

  • 3 aguacates de méxico maduros, pelados, sin semilla y cortados a la mitad
  • 1 tomate, picado finamente
  • 1/4 cebolla picada finamente
  • 1 chile jalapeño picado finamente (quítale las semillas antes de cortarlo para que sea menos picante)
  • ¼ cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 cucharada de jugo de limón verde
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco, picado
  • 3 cucharadas de queso fresco
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • chips de tortilla o pita para servir

Instructions

  1. En un recipiente mediano machaca con un tenedor los aguacates sin convertirlo completamente en puré. Agrega el tomate, la cebolla, el chile, y el cilantro. Incorpora el jugo de limón, aceite, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezcla suavemente, espolvorea con el queso fresco y sirve
