Ingredients

  • 1 pechuga de pollo rostizada
  • 3 aguacates de mexico maduros, pelados, sin semilla y cortados a la mitad
  • 2 tomates, picados finamente
  • ¼ cebolla picada finamente
  • 1 chile serrano picado finamente (quítale las semillas antes de cortarlo para que sea menos picante)
  • 1 ½ cucharada de jugo de limón amarillo
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco, picado
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • chips de tortilla o pita para servir.

Instructions

  1. En un tazón desmenuza la pechuga de pollo.
  2. En un recipiente mediano machaca con un tenedor los aguacates sin convertirlo completamente en puré. Agrega los tomates, pollo, la cebolla, el chile, y el cilantro. Incorpora el jugo de limón y mezcla suavemente. Sazona con sal y pimienta. Sirve!
