Ingredients

  • 1 aguacate de méxico
  • 4 rebanadas de pan bimbo tostado
  • ½ plátano maduro
  • ½ taza de queso de papa rallado (o queso cheddar)
  • ¾ taza de trocitos de chicharrón
  • sal al gusto

Instructions

  1. Machacar el Aguacate De México con un poco de sal.
  2. Cortar los plátanos en rodajas y freír hasta que estén dorados.
  3. Sobre cada Pan Bimbo tostado agregar guacamole, unas rodajas de plátano frito, trocitos de chicharrón y queso rallado.
  4. Y para darle un toque personal échale un poco de tú Salsa TABASCO® preferida.
