Ingredients

  • 2 cucharadas de frijoles rojos de lata enjuagados
  • 3 aguacates de méxico maduros, pelados, sin semilla y cortados a la mitad
  • 1 tomate, picado finamente
  • ¼ cebolla picada finamente
  • 1 chile jalapeño picado finamente (quítale las semillas antes de cortarlo para que sea menos picante)
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 ½ cucharada de jugo de limón amarillo
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco, picado
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Instructions

  1. En un recipiente mediano machaca los aguacates con un tenedor sin convertirlo completamente en puré. Agrega los frijoles, el tomate, la cebolla, el chile, el cilantro. Incorpora el jugo de limón, aceite y mezcla suavemente. Sazona con sal y pimienta. Sirve!
