Ingredients

  • 1 aguacate de méxico grande,en cubitos o tajadas
  • 1 cebolla blanca, picada fina
  • 2 tazas de frijoles molidos
  • 4 cucharadas de mantequilla o aceite
  • sal al gusto
  • 4 cucharadas de queso seco
  • 4 rebanadas de pan bimbo tostado

Instructions

  1. Sofreír con la mantequilla en un sartén la cebolla hasta que se ponga traslúcida, agregarlos frijoles, sazonar, y freír por unos 5-8 minutos, hasta que absorban el aceite.
  2. Repartir los frijoles en el Pan Bimbo tostado y poner unos cubitos o tajadas de aguacate en cima.
  3. Espolvorear con queso seco.
  4. Y para darle un toque personal échale un poco de tú Salsa TABASCO® preferida.
