Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 peeled and chopped ripe hass Avocado From Mexico
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 2 small cans of tomato soup
  • pinch of cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a pot over high heat add the tomato soup, chicken broth, cumin, cilantro, garlic and ground black pepper. Leave to boil and reduce heat, let Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Let cool for a bit and blend in small portions in a blender.
  3. Put back again in the pot, add the avocado and heat well.
  4. Serve and decorate with bits of tortilla chips.
