Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (eg. tilapia, cod or other white fish)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tb oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeƱo, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico, diced
  • 2 tb cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tb freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tb olive oil

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, combine avocado, mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix paprika, cumin, chili, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture over the fish fillets.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the fish two minutes per side or until golden brown. Take out from the fire and reserve.
