Ingredients

  • 1 green Apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 red apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup purple grapes cut in half
  • 2 stalks of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 hass Avocado From Mexico diced
  • 1/3 cup low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • white pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 head lettuce roman, washed and dried

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, grapes, celery, nuts, and avocado.
  2. In a bowl mix the yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and pour upon to salad. Serve the salad on a base of lettuce.
