Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile deveined and finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of powdered chicken bouillon
  • 4 large filets of tilapia
  • juice of 4 limes
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 sliced hass Avocado From Mexico

Instructions

  1. Put in a medium size casserole or skillet 1/3 cup olive oil, fry the onion and green pepper with ½ teaspoon of powdered chicken stock and cook for 5 min. Then add the fish and let it cook for 10 min then crumble the fish inside the skillet with the help of a fork. After you add the juice of 4 lemons and soy sauce, cover and leaves on low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. If you choose to add the serrano chile you can do it when you fry the onion and pepper.
  3. Serve on tortillas of corn with a slice of avocado on top.
