Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 3 Avocados From Mexico hass
  • 1 cup greek yogurt low-fat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 6 well crushed almonds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. First wash the fish fillets, then drain them and season. In a pan with hot vegetable oil, brown them approximately 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove the shell to avocados, cut the onion in half and put them in the Blender along with the chile, ½ cup of leaves of cilantro, yogurt, almonds and season to taste. Liquefy until its a creamy sauce.
  3. Take the half-onion and cut into thin julienne strips, add a little oil to pan and cook for 5 minutes. On a plate serve the fish with the onions and then serve the avocado sauce and decorate with the rest of finely chopped cilantro leaves.
