Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chinese pasta noodles
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 1 can medium tomato puree unseasoned.
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large Avocado From Mexico hass
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Decorating
  • 1 large Avocado From Mexico
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet preheated add the 2 cups of olive oil and the garlic. Then add the pasta noodle and brown them for about 4 or 5 minutes.
  2. Then we scurried pasta remaining oil on paper towel.
  3.   In a pan put the can of tomato puree, ½ cup chicken broth, cilantro and salt and pepper. Then add the noodles and cover over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes until all the water is evaporated and noodles absorb tomato broth.
  4. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a slice of Avocado.
