Ingredients

  • 4 Italian Sub Roll cutin half
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 4 medium Avocados From Mexico ripe mashed
  • 4 plum tomato diced
  • 4 scallions finely chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Pinch of pepper optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado. Add lime juice, and salt. Mix in scallions, tomatoes, and pepper.
  2. Toast the Italian Sub rolls.
  3. Spread cream cheese on both sides of each roll.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture and enjoy!
