Ingredients

  • 2 medium Avocados From Mexico, hass
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 packet gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the juice over medium heat and when it begins to boil, remove from heat and add the gelatin, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.
  2. Wash the avocado, peel and remove the flesh. Put in blender yogurt, avocado pulp and sugar. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add the gelatin slowly while continuing to stir.
  3. Moisten with water the base of pan you\'re going to use and pour the mixture from the blender. Refrigerate for 2- 3 hours or until it is set.
  4. Carefully unmold and decorate to taste.
