Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium, Avocado From Mexico ripe
  • 1 tb lemon juice
  • 1 tb whole grain dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tb fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • garnish with fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Mash beans, avocado, lime juice and mustard together in a m├ędium bowl. Stir in fresh basil leaves. Spoon on toast and enjoy!
