Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocados From Mexico, gently mashed
  • 2 tb unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tb honey (or maple syrup or 2 drops liquid stevia)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tb flaked coconut
  • 1 tb chocolate morsels
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado and combine with cocoa powder and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread avocado mixture on bread. Top with sliced banana, coconut flakes and chocolate morsels
