Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados From Mexico, diced
  • 3 cups enriched vanilla rice milk
  • 4 TB salted caramel coffee creamer
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TB honey
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add avocados, rice milk, coffee cream, lemon juice, almond extract honey and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Adjust taste by adding honey and cinnamon.
  2. Serve in a tall glass over ice and place a cinnamon stick for garnish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
