Ingredients

  • 12 stalks of celery
  • 2 Avocados From Mexico, mashed
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tb of cilantro
  • 1 tb sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 1 tb olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mash the avocados with a fork. Add the garlic, hot sauce, cilantro, lemon, sour cream, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Fill celery stalks and serve.
