Guacano

Proceed with extreme caution, Avocadans. This section is not for the faint of heart or faint of stomachs, either. On the other hand, if you're a brave and courageous foodie who's never encountered an eating-related challenge too intimidating, this is your time to shine. These guacamole recipes are so hot and spicy, they might as well call it "guaca-molten lava."

Jalapeno en Fuego

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 Diced tomato
  • Lime juice (to taste)
  • 1 Chopped jalapeno
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 1/4 Cup Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon ground pepper

Directions

1.) Peel and pit your Avocados From Mexico and toss them in your mixing bowl. Mash them just right. (Pro tip: Leave some chunks)

2.) Introduce your avocados to the rest of the ingredients. It’s a party in a bowl, so just add everything at once and mix together.

3.) Enjoy.

Tropical Habanero

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Cup diced pineapple
  • Lime juice (to taste)
  • 1/2 Chopped mango
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 Chopped habanero
  • 1 Tablespoon ground pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro

Directions

1.) Peel and pit your Avocados From Mexico and toss them in your mixing bowl.

2.) Add in the rest of the ingredients for a classic guacamole meet-and-greet situation. Once everyone knows everyone, mix together.

3.) Dig in.

Ghost Ride the Guac

Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 Minced ghost pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 Diced tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon ground pepper
  • 1 Minced red onion

Directions

1.) Peel and pit your Avocados From Mexico and toss them in your mixing bowl. Instead of your usual trio, you’ll want a quartet to combat the intense spiciness of the ghost pepper.

2.) Add the ghost pepper and his pals and mix thoroughly.
